Snowboarding Jackets

Ok much better question this time around. I’ve been shopping around for some new Snowboard Gear. I’m new to it so I have done a lot of research but still I am a little lost on what to get. I have skateboarded they say that’s not very close, but I have freeboarded which is basically snowboarding on pavement.

First question I had was I have been looking at stuff online and I came across a couple place http://www.proboardshop.com/ and http://www.the-house.com/ both seem reasonable but you never know when buying things online. Anybody heard about or purchased from either?

Second question would be anybody know a good beginner to intermediate level board?

I’ve purchased from the house and know people who’ve bought from proboardshop.com both good companies to order from. Some other ones you could look at would be.
